The WA-251 is an all vacuum tube, large diaphragm, transformer-balanced, multi-pattern condenser microphone based on the iconic '251 used on countless hit records for over 50 years. It excels on vocals, acoustic and electric guitars, bass, drums, piano, strings, brass, woodwinds, and more. The original '251 is still widely used today but has become extremely rare and cost‑prohibitive, making the WA‑251 a practical way to access that classic sound.
