Description
The Gotham 20101 GAC‑7 Tube is our go‑to seven‑conductor cable for high‑end tube and stereo microphones. At Pixel Pro Audio, we rely on it because it delivers both stable power and pristine audio through a single, ultra‑reliable line. The design pairs two heavy‑gauge 0.50 mm² power conductors for heater supply with five compact 0.14 mm² signal and control conductors, each PE‑insulated and supported by a viscose fiber wrap for added strength.
Gotham’s dual Reussen‑style bare copper shield provides full 100% coverage across two layers, keeping noise out and detail intact. A flexible grey PVC jacket completes the build, giving the cable the durability and feel we expect in professional studio environments. With low resistance, low capacitance, and high test‑voltage ratings, it maintains clean, accurate signal transmission even in demanding setups.
Rated for dependable flexibility from –5 °C to +50 °C in use, the GAC‑7 Tube is an outstanding choice for engineers who want the best performance from their tube microphones.
