DBX Model 162 VU Stereo Compressor/Limiter with Recapped Power Supply

This used DBX 162 VU Stereo Compressor/Limiter has had the internal power supply recapped and comes with an attached Power Cable.

Condition

This compressor is in good condition with normal cosmetic marks and wear. The internal power supply has been recapped, and the unit is working well. VU 1 works for gain reduction. It will also show channel 2 input and output volume, but for some reason won't show channel 1 input and output volume. Channel 2 VU is not working. If you tap it when signal is present, it'll bounce around, but something is wrong with it. This is very common on these old units. They make newer VU meters that you can install if it bugs. As it sits, the main thing you want to know is gain reduction, which is working fine on VU 1. Please see pictures for details on item condition.

The controls are simple: Threshold (with lights indicating above and below threshold value); Compression ratio from 1:1 to Infinity:1; Output Gain from -20 to +20 db attenuation; and three meter settings for input, output, and gain change.
