This is a brand new Neumann KH 810 G 10″ Active Studio Subwoofer with 7.1 Bass Management.

Product Details:
The KH 810 has a bypassable 7.1 High Definition Bass Manager with remote volume control, four routing modes, fourth order crossovers and adaptable acoustical controls. From Mono to 3D, there are uses for the KH 810 in many different system configurations.
