Mackie 1402 VLZ Analog Mixing Console w/ Minor Issue

This used Mackie 1402 VLZ Mixer makes noise on channels 11/12 unless the aux one knob is all the way up and comes with the Manual and a Power Cable.

Condition

Channels 11/12 make a weird noise, unless the aux one knob is turned all the way up. If it's turned all the way up, the channels work fine. If not, you just have to mute them. Everything else on this mixer works great. Please see pictures for details on item condition. Only what is pictured is included.
