ProCo Excellines 20-foot Insert Y Cable 1/4 TRS to Dual RCA - IPBQ2R-20

The IPBQ2R-20 allows mixing consoles to send/return unbalanced signals to an outboard effect processor. If your mixer has a 1/4" insert jack on the back for each channel, this is the cable you need to send and receive using that I/O. The IPBQ2R-20 is a 20-foot cable that features a balanced 1/4" TRS connector on one end split out to an RCA Tip and RCA Ring connector on the other.
